We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized Business Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility’s business office. This role plays an important part in maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts receivable and payable, processing payments and statements, and supporting the Administrator and department managers with administrative needs.

As the Business Office Manager, you will be expected to:

• Receive and follow administrative schedules/functions from Administrator and as outlined in the policies and procedures.


• Receive payments on accounts and issue/mail receipts, as necessary.


• Prepare account receivable reports, monitor and collect accounts receivable. Report delinquent accounts to administrator.


• Post daily journal and payments as required


• Balance daily receipts, complete necessary forms, and submit cash and balance sheets to accounting personnel as needed.


• Post current changes to proper account and ledger and balance ledgers are required.


• Assist in the establishment and maintenance of adequate accounting system as necessary or directed.

This position is on-site, Monday – Friday 8 AM – 4 PM

Annual Salary range based on experience starting at $75,000
