The ideal candidate will be a highly detail-oriented accounting professional who takes ownership of their work, understands the importance of accuracy and deadlines, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats within a growing manufacturing environment.

    • Maintain organized financial documentation and records for audits and regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor accounting and tax requirements to help ensure continued company compliance.

    • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
    • Assist with payroll administration and payroll-related accounting.

Previous HR, payroll, benefits, or employee-administration experience is highly preferred. Manufacturing accounting experience is a plus. Strong proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Ability to handle confidential financial and employee information appropriately.

Attention to detail is extremely important in this position. The successful candidate will be someone who naturally double-checks their work, catches discrepancies, maintains organized records, and understands that small accounting errors can create larger problems. We're looking for someone who is: Highly organized and detail-oriented. Accurate and thorough. Dependable and deadline-driven. Comfortable taking ownership of the accounting function.
