Job Description Strategic Scheduling: Align the daily calendar with practice goals to maximize efficiency and patient care.
Financial Oversight: Manage collections, accounts receivable, and the insurance aging report with precision.
Growth & Retention: Proactively follow up on unscheduled treatments and hygiene appointments to ensure patient health and practice vitality.
Team Leadership: Motivate the staff to hit targets while remaining an approachable, supportive mentor.
Daily Operations: Ensure a seamless "front-to-back" patient flow and maintain strict adherence to regulatory standards at AZ DENTAL.
full-time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Requirements Experience: 3+ years of proven success as a Dental Office Manager.
Financial Acumen: Expert at presenting financial arrangements, managing complex A/R, and navigating insurance.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with dental software (Dentrix preferred).
Leadership Style: A "firm but fair" approach—holding the team accountable while maintaining a friendly, collaborative atmosphere.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, tailored for a luxury service environment.
