Job Description Productivity Optimization: Strategically manage the "Master Schedule" to ensure daily production goals are met while minimizing gaps and overlaps.
Front Office Oversight: Supervise the patient check-in/out process, ensuring all data entry is accurate and professional.
Compliance: Ensure the office remains compliant with OSHA, HIPAA, and state dental board regulations.
Treatment Planning: Present comprehensive treatment plans to patients, explaining clinical needs and financial options clearly.
Manage patient billing and collections, ensuring all financial arrangements are secured prior to treatment.
Staff Management: Handle hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations for all non-clinical staff.
Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator for staff disputes and a primary point of contact for patient grievances.
Culture Building: Lead morning huddles and monthly staff meetings to keep the team aligned and motivated.
full-time $30 - $40 per hour
