AB Staffing is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to support students throughout the 2025–2026 school year in the greater Gravette Area! Position Highlights Schedule: 37.5 hrs/week (school-day hours). Pay: $2,625 - $2,812 /week . Contract: Full 2025–2026 school year. Caseload: Matched to your experience and preference. Start: ASAP or start of school year. School-Based PT Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and develop IEP-aligned treatment plans. Provide direct and consultative PT services to support student mobility, access & participation. Recommend adaptive equipment, positioning, and assistive technology. Collaborate with teachers, related service providers & families. Document services, progress notes & assessments per district/state guidelines. Support students across a variety of school environments (classroom, hallways, playground, community settings). PT Requirements Bachelor’s (or higher) in Physical Therapy. Active Arkansas PT License. 1+ year of PT experience (school or pediatric experience preferred). Current BLS/CPR. Strong communication, organization & time-management skills.
