Job Description: As a Trainer at Teamworks Sports Performance, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients, including athletes and adults participating in our fitness classes. You will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized training programs, leading group fitness sessions, and providing guidance and motivation to help clients reach their fitness goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver individualized training programs for athletes. Lead and instruct adult fitness classes, ensuring a safe and engaging environment. Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress. Provide expert advice on exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall wellness. Foster a supportive and motivating atmosphere for all clients.
