General Laborer AUSTIN Texas 78725 $18.00 per hour 1st Shift | 6AM - Finish | Monday–Friday / Typically 8 hours per day Job Summary We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to assist with daily operations in Dekalb, IL. This position involves performing a variety of general manual labor tasks to support field operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, being part of a team, and gaining hands‑on experience in landfill operations and environmental services. Key Responsibilities Perform general labor tasks including lifting, moving, loading, and unloading materials Assist with site maintenance and cleanup as directed Operate hand tools and light equipment safely Support field operations and follow all site safety procedures Perform other duties as assigned by site supervisors Requirements No prior experience required — training provided Must be reliable, punctual, and safety‑conscious Able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditionsMust wear appropriate work clothing and footwear (steel‑toe boots recommended) Schedule & Pay Pay Rate: $18.00/hour Shift: 1st Shift, Start 6AM Days: Monday – Friday Location: AUSTIN Texas 78725 Why Work With Us Supportive and safety‑first team culture Opportunity to gain valuable experience in environmental field operations
